  Gentlemen, on Monday, May 11th, I drove my rented car, a white Impala to your shop with a flat tire. I was the short guy with the Spanish accent. I was rude to you and did not ask your name. The tire was OK afterwards. Yesterday we drove from Pisgah Forest to the airport and got home to FL; thanks to you!
